Bloody Disgusting has partnered with Overture Films to allow one lucky reader to appear on screen in the upcoming remake to George A. Romero's The Crazies, which stars Timothy Olyphant and Radha Mitchell. The redux will be directed by Breck Eisner and revolves around the residents of a small Kansas town who are beset by death and insanity after a plane crash lets loose a secret biological weapon into the water supply. Prize : Roundtrip coach class air transportation to the Georgia set of The Crazies, a walk on extra role in the film, up to three days and two nights hotel accommodations (one room, single occupancy), and ground transportation between airport and hotel and hotel and set. Exact dates are subject to change but travel is tentatively scheduled for the week of March 30th, 2009. Tentative shooting date is April 3rd.
