PRIZE : One winner will receive Dead Hunt, Don Dohler's final film, and another will receive "Blood, Boobs & Beast", a documentary on the life and films of Dohler. It should be noted that winners will have to pay for the shipping - $2.50 if within the US and $9.50 if out of the US. (Note to the guy running this giveaway - not cool! I normally don't post contests where any fee has to be paid in the event of winning but for those inside the US who want either of these DVD's, I guess $2.50 is a small price to pay so I figured maybe those interested would be up for shelling out the money).

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm sure I've read somewhere that that is illegal - to require a winner to pay to retrieve his prize.
That's almost as shady as one of those Nigerian prince emails you get.
I understand that the guy is just asking for money to cover the shipping cost, but i've always felt that if you're not wiling to pay for that out of your own pocket, then just don't have a contest. I have tons of contests on my blog and although i'm far from made of money, I ALWAYS shell out the money for shipping. Hell, I even buy some of the prizes with my own money!
